She has a wealth of experience working with trauma, family dysfunction, family reunifications, adoptions, family mediations, couples therapy, individual therapy, grief, life stressors, anxiety, and depression. LaDeana’s professional philosophy centers on engaging clients in the therapeutic process and helping them identify and develop emotional tools to create new habits that will guide them in managing their life. She works with clients on healing their emotional wounds from the inside out. She maintains the barriers to change for many are the emotional imprints bestowed from family of origin, lack of forgiveness (of themselves and others) and the myth that we need to be and life should be “perfect.” LaDeana utilizes client centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, bibliotherapy, and Trauma Informed Therapy. LaDeana believes we are not taught how to live; and we begin living when we have the courage to participate on the road less traveled - therapy.

Hello! I am Ainsley Jeanine, I have my Bachelors in Criminal Justice and my Masters in Social Work. I have had the opportunity to work with many different populations ranging from the reintegration of the incarcerated, veterans, domestic violence victims , and substance users. Working in the social work field has provided many individuals to speak up about their struggles and feel safe. In our society, mental health is stigmatized and I wanted to be able to educate and provide a safe space to individuals - that living with mental health concerns is not looked as being lesser than others. I want to teach people that they are just as much of a person and are resilient for continuing to try every day.
